1. Data controller

2. Data collected

• Online booking: first and last name, phone, email, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and bags, flight or train number and any comments.
• Contact and quote forms: name, email, phone (optional), company (business quotes), subject, dates, locations, number of people and message.
• Browsing: technical data and cookies, according to your choices in the consent banner.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling booking and quote requests, performing and invoicing the ride: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
• Replying to your messages: SCHAMMADS’s legitimate interest.
• Keeping invoices: legal obligation.
• Protecting forms against abuse (reCAPTCHA): legitimate interest.
• Audience and advertising measurement: only with your consent.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for SCHAMMADS. Within the limits of their tasks, it may be processed by: Hostinger International Ltd (website hosting, Cyprus); Google (Google Maps for route calculation, Google reCAPTCHA for form protection, Google Calendar for ride scheduling and, with your consent, Google measurement tools); a partner VTC driver if the ride is entrusted to them. No data is sold.

Some Google services may involve transfers outside the European Union, covered by GDPR safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

5. Retention periods

• Contact and quote requests not followed up: 3 years from the last contact.
• Customer data: 3 years after the last service.
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years.
• Cookies: 13 months maximum.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@schammads.com or 16 place des Quinconces, 33000 Bordeaux, France. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

7. Payment

Payment is made on board, in cash or by bank card. SCHAMMADS does not store any card data.
